Market Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
- Participate in the conceptual development of direct marketing activities, production, and construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
- Perform administrative and financial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, preparing monthly financial report, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services
- Education : Master Degree in Engineering
- Experience : A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
- Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Language : Excellence command of written & spoken English
- Economics and Accounting Skills
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
