Brand Manager

Develop Anmum Brand marketing aspects to continuously deliver positive growth in market share and sales value. Post Code: BM

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of annual brand budgets and marketing plans (sales volume, revenue, advertising and promotions, profits) for designated product groups/brands
  • Coordinate Implementation of agreed marketing plans (advertising, promotional and direct marketing activities) within budget and on-time, co-ordinating resources to achieve agreed objectives
  • Coordinate the development and production of advertising and promotional sales support materials, communicating with and co-ordinating the activities of suppliers and partners as directed
  • Undertake in monitoring and reporting progress against plans (appropriate cost benefit activities; regular market and competitors' analysis
  • Assist the production of months rolling forecast to supply chain as required in SNOP process
  • Maintain effective communication within marketing team with the sales team
  • Set activities for designated product to achieve the brand objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Experience minimum 3 years in marketing and has handled solely one brand.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills as well as team player
  • Excellent capability in doing analysis of market share information / data
  • Familiar with and can utilize Nielsen Advisor Tools
  • Preferred industry background: FMCG, dairy or food product in leading brand
Procurement Manager

Ensure optimal inventory level of finished products and raw and packaging materials to achieve the budget inventory levels; meet planned production schedules and meet desired sales service levels. Avoid stock-outs and write-offs associated with over supply. The supply should be of consistent and acceptable quality and should be compliant to the quality policies set by Fonterra.

Ensure that all purchases of goods and services give the best value for the company. Implement supply strategies and negotiate prices, terms and discounts. Leverage volumes and industry knowledge to get best deals with suppliers. Post Code: PM

Responsibilities:
Procurement:
  • Execute the supply plan
  • Ensure adherence to the Approved Supplier Program of current and potential suppliers
  • Sourcing of alternative suppliers and materials to reduce supply risks and improve costs
  • Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers
Regional Reporting:
  • Measure and submit Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) each month and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide insights, data requirements and support to regionally-initiated projects related to procurement and supply chain
Systems and Administrative Management :
  • Ensure adherence to Purchasing Policy
  • Ensure integrity of JDE transactions related to Procure to Pay
  • Manage processes related to importation to ensure efficient release of relevant FG, RM and PM from customs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from Engineering or any management degree
  • Five years experience as Supply Chain/ Procurement Manager in a food manufacturing company
  • Experience in applying MPS-MRP and project management concepts (preferred)
  • Analytical, keen with details, possess good communication skills, and a good team player; Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system i.e. SAP, JDE (preferred)
  • Preferred industry background: Manufacture of Dairy product, Food Manufacturing or FMCG company
