BII Finance is almost entirely owned by PT Bank International Indonesia Tbk (BII) that is equal to 99.99% and the rest is owned by BII Employees Cooperative. At this time the main business activities of BII Finance is financing a four-wheeled vehicles, both new and secondhand supported by partner dealers and showrooms from all over Indonesia.

BII Finance currently has a network of offices covering almost all major cities in Indonesia, which consists of 18 branches and 14 representative offices. BII Finance currently in need of professionals dedicated, loyal, honest, independent to fill the position:
