BII Finance is almost entirely owned by PT Bank International Indonesia Tbk (BII) that is equal to 99.99% and the rest is owned by BII Employees Cooperative. At this time the main business activities of BII Finance is financing a four-wheeled vehicles, both new and secondhand supported by partner dealers and showrooms from all over Indonesia.

RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (SPV-REC)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 28 years
• Education min. S1 Psychology with GPA 2.80
• Experience as a Recruitment Supervisor min. 1 year, preferably has experience in corporate finance / leasing
• Mastering the application and interpretation of psychological instruments and compose psikogram
• Having a relationship with the agency counseling psychology
• Good personality, thorough, disciplined, able to work together in teams, diligent, and have the communication skills and good analytical
• Able to work using a computer (Ms. Office / Open Office)
• For placement on the Central Office - Jakarta
• Willing to travel out of town.
