Responsibilities:
  • Provide recommendations to the planning and implementation of activities related to the field of monitoring and evaluation system operational facilities and debt securities and derivatives trading.
Requirements:
  • Female, age maximum 27 years
  • S1 Business, Economics, Management, or Accounting (Computerized Accounting), fresh graduate with GPA min 3.00 (scale 4)

Requirements:
  • Female / Age 20-25 years

  • Minimum high school / vocational school
  • Have work experience of at least 1 year

  • Have the ability in a foreign language (at least in English)

Staf Unit Bantuan Hukum (3)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing and making legal opinion / review to the user in the work environment associated with the Company's corporate aspects;
  • Agreement / Addendum / MOU with a third party in order to provide legal protection for the Company, among others, performed an analysis of legal aspects;
  • Preparing and making legal documents related to the implementation of the GMS are tailored to the Articles of Association and regulations in force;
  • Prepare legal documents or coordinate with certain parties (lawyers Perusahaandan Technical Division) for the settlement of disputes faced by the Company (which occurs from the agreement, a lawsuit from a third party or to any third party claims) both inside and outside the court can provide legal protection optimally to the Company;
  • Conducting a review of internal regulations (SK) of the Company to comply with Company policy and legislation in force; and
  • Prepare, prepare legal documents related to registration at the Directorate General of IPR Company's products and coordinate with the Technical Division and the Directorate General of IPR as well as monitoring the status of registration in the Directorate General of IPR.
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, age 23-30 years
  • Minimal S1 Law (SH.,) from reputable university (reputable university) min. GPA 3:00
  • 1-1.5 years of work experience (never handled a multinational company or a well-known company)
  • Can speak English (passive still acceptable)
  • Experienced in: Preparation of draft agreements and Process Litigation / holding a license Lawyer
