PT Angkasa Pura II ( Persero ) - AP 2 is an Indonesia state owned enterprises engaged in Airport Management service. The Company is under the Ministry of Transportation and managed 12 airports in Western Indonesia. The Company based in Soekarno - Hatta International Airport Jakarta and supported by 4, 449 employees in 12 branch offices. The Company also provided flight information services for Jakarta ' s airspace ( Flight Information Region / FIR ). As of the AP 2 annual report 2010, the Company has reached good business performance result, by gaining net profit amount of Rp1, 306 billion increasing by 32 % above the target set in Company Work and Budget Plan for 2010 compared with 2009 amount of Rp870 billion.

Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan (BPSDMP) in cooperation with PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) will hold an Aerodrome Control Tower Training program (Junior Air Traffic Controller) with the following provisions:

Aerodrome Control Tower Training (Junior Air Trafic Controller)

General Requirements:

• Indonesia Citizen Men / Women.
• Minimum age 21 years and maximum 28 years as of 31 January 2012.
• Minimum education or S.1 D. III and all the majors except the department of religion, art, public health sciences, nursing, teacher training, philosophy, agriculture and livestock from the PTN / PTS accredited at least B.
• GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4).
• Able to speak English actively.
• Healthy expressed by doctors and not color blind.
• Well-behaved stated Police Notes.
• Following the selection process is required.

For applicants who meet the above criteria, can carry out registration by attaching the following documents:  (Documents taken at the Academic Potential Test)

• Curriculum Vitae.
• Photocopy of a diploma which has been legalized / graduation certificate signed by an authorized official.
• Photocopy of transcripts that have been legalized by the competent authorities.
• Copy of Certificate of TOEFL (if have).
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Police Notes (SKCK) of the Police. (Original)
• Photocopy of valid ID card.
• Doctors Certificate. (Original)
• Latest photographs size 3x4 and 4x6 cm, red background of each of 2 pieces.

Registration Procedures:

• Registration date: 9 January to 15 January 2012.

Selection consists of:

• Selection Administration (the announcement of the results will be announced on January 17, 2012 via the website)
• Academic Potential Test (English, Physics, Mathematics)
• Place: Center for Human Resource Development of Civil Aviation (PPSDMP) waterfall - Tangerang / ATKP Field / ATKP Surabaya / ATKP Makassar.
• PsikoTest
• Place: PPSDMP waterfall - Tangerang / ATKP Field / ATKP Surabaya / ATKP Makassar.
• Health tests and interviews
• Place: PPSDMP waterfall - Tangerang / ATKP Field / ATKP Surabaya / ATKP Makassar.

To prospective participants who pass the selection process would be trained as a Junior ATC for a period of + / - 9 months at his own expense and it is possible to be facilitated by the bank.
