Responsibilities:

• Assist Finace Director duty
• Prepare and compose correspondence, memoranda and reports as required
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements including for relevant Company visitors
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments
• Support in preparing presentation materials, meeting materials and necessary logistics
• Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
• Support in document screening for agreements, memoranda and reports need to be reviewed and approved by the President Director with accuracy and considerable understanding in company policies and procedures
• To perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or Accounting
• Required skill(s): Accounting / Finance Analysis
• Good performance and appearance, independent and good personality
• Having a strong communication skill and customer service orientation
• Having a focus on order and details with high accuracy
• Flexible and independent
• Can speak english is a must

Web Design and Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop Web applications as HRIS system, identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications
• Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated
• Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit and system, engaging users as necessary
• Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results
• Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn

Requirements:

• Age between 24 - 29 years old
• Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience
• Having experience min. 3 years as Web Developer and ColdFusion experience
• Must possess superior skills in HTML, Java, ColdFusion 7 +, SQL (SQL Server 2005), Object Oriented ColdFusion Development
• Strong attention to detail
• Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines
• Support and maintenance hardware
