Enginering Supervisor - (Kawasan Industri MM2100)

Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing theproblem of the engine, down time that occurred during the manufacturing process & perform action solutions with the relevant Department (Production, R & D, Purchasing, Mold Shop, QC).
• Performrepairs, modifications, and maintenance of all machinery & utility periodically with the aim to improve efficiency & lifespan.
• Implementing K3 & SHEQ performance in all areas of manufacturing, machinery, utilities, contractors & office building from the side of safety devices, lay out process, PPE, etc
• Conductcontinuous improvement & cost saving efficiency programs in all areas of manufacturing, machinery & utilities at the plant.
• Able to direct thestaff / subordinates to be highly motivated, skilled & Proficient.
• Helpsrealization of new projects in the aspects of machine set up, lay out, sourcing suppliers, pilot projects & work together with the relevant Department (Marketing, R & D, Mold Shop, Production, Project Engineering, Marketing.

Requirements:

• Education Min D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Have knowledge of: Industrial Machinery, Electric Motors, PLC, Inverter, Electrical currents strong / weak.
• Havingexperience in maintenance, trouble shooting, Over haul of plastic injection machines, mechanical assembling & plastic packaging (Seal, Blister, Srink), utilities (compressor, RO, PABX, electricity, air conditioning).
• Havingexperience inAutomation&Imagetechnique.
• Experiencedin the manufacturing industry min 2 years.
• Preferablya graduate ofATMI, Polytechnic.
• Strong leadership
• Self motivated
• Multi Tasking
• Ability to work under pressure
