Responsibilities:
- Under general direction from Coordinator Personnel Service & Industrial Relation, perform the function of Industrial Relation
- Handle Manpower Contract Service administration, monitor and develop Company Policy.
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Generalist & Industrial Relation, Legal or Manpower Contract Analysis
- Good knowledge in Labor Law, HR Management and Industrial Relation
- Able to perform communication skill (presentation skill), analytical thinking and problem solving
- Good command in English both written & speaking
- Proficient in office computer (Ms Excel)
