office in Jakarta as HEAD OFFICE. ELC helps students to apply study
overseas, provide English Course, and International Ielts Test. ELC
Education is looking for highly motivated candidates for position :
FINANCE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Responsible for financial, tax and management accounts/reports in accordance to standards and submitted within the stipulated deadlines
- Assist in preparation of budget and forecast, monitor actual financial performance against budget/forecast with variance analysis for management review and provide support to management in decision marking
- Ensure that accounting records are properly kept and reports are done in compliance with accounting regulations, standards and practices
- Ensure that internal controls related to General Accounting are timely reviewed, maintained and in line with internal audit and business requirements in order to safeguard company interests
- Reporting to Deputy Director
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing as per target dates given by Head Office;
- Collecting receivables and paying payables as per due dates with no penalties;
- Negotiating contracts with best possible terms;
- Controlling assets and ensuring all exposures are insured;
- Manage effectively funds, annual budgets and internal and external audits;
- Providing accurate financial information to support sound business decisions;
