Responsibilities
- Receive questions, request or complaints delivered through walk in/ incoming calls/outgoing/email/Short Message Service (SMS)/letters/fax from Policy Holders/ Agents related to operation processes.
Requirements
- Female
- Maximal 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Experience in Life Insurance at least 1 year
- Experience as a Customer Service
- Good looking, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English (spoken & written) is a must
- Computer literate (MS Office) is a must
