UI UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers to create simple, easy to use software.
- Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
- Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback.
- Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.

- Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success among this company of talented individuals.
- Show an online portfolio of recent UI and UX work
Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit analysis
- Assess credit risk of customers
- Making reports and recommendations of credit limits for customers
- Monitor customers for credit limits and manage overall credit profile for the company
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Credit Management.
- Having background in banking industry will be an advantage.
- Well experienced handling for commercial loan.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skill and work into detail.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall marketing activities of the assigned brand i.e : prepare-monitor-evaluate all ATL & BTL activities in order to achieve the commited P&L budget, coordinate with product development department & market analysis.
- Analyze the right marketing strategy & concept for particular product category of a brand.
- Identify new and profitable volume opportunities through understanding and anticipation of new market and competitive situation.
- Manage the marketing program starting from planning, budgeting & executing.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Develop and gain wider acceptance of the existing products as well as to launch new / innovative products.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Required language(s) : English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Brand Management .
- Must have the business acumen and negotiation skill to initiate strategy and drive a product launch.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill and the ability to communicate with cross-functional and multiple location teams.
- Must be able to show demonstrated resourcefulness in achieving result.
- Proven ability to influence others is required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
