Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)Responsibilities:
- Handle Project Customer shipments and complaints in order to provide excellent service to project customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma education or school certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year relevant experience in customer service environment.
- Computer literate on Microsoft office application
- Above average general office skills, including typing and filling
- Strong knowledge of RPX service features
- Excellent analytical and problem solving
- Strong written and oral communication in both local and English languages
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
