HR OFFICER
Responsibilities :
- Staff recruitment and selection process
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities
- Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems, etc
- Personnel Administration (include developing & maintaining action programs, files, reports, logs & other records to confirm to current regulations)
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Female, max 25 years old
- Having experience in HUman Resource field for 2 years (maximum)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- In depth knowledge in HR Process
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
- Good listener, creative, cheerful and friendly
