Technical Instructor - Balikpapan
Responsibilities:

• Create Training plan and make training module
• Deliver Training and make continues improvement for Training Programs
• Make evaluation and reporting regarding to routine Training Programs.

Requirements:

• Male, age 26 - 35 years
• Bachelor degree/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
• Experience in heavy vehicle/heavy equipment company/industry
• Good technical analyze, able to guide, and good explanatory
• Min experience 2 years in same field
• Good English communication
• Will be located in Balikpapan

IT Staff Business (System Analyst)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible to improve systems by studying current practices, design in modification.
• Ensure that all aspect of an application requirements meet the needs of end users.
• Create mockups, prototypes and wire frames that conform to best practices information architecture and user interface design.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 23-35 years
• Bachelor Degree in Information System
• Good knowledge in SDLC, Software Architect, Algorith, Math Artificial Intelegence, and Statistic
• Have good knowledge & experience in UML, Database, and NoSQL
• Good communication skills and team work
• Fast learner, Problem solver and Self Motivated

Supervisor Product Planning & Development
Responsibilities:

• Planning & develop product to meet market requirements.
• Responsible to investigate market quality and reliability related to product.
• Drafting the plan and promoting the execution of necessary countermeasures for the product in the market.

Requirements:

• Male, age 23-35 years
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
• Good knowledge in automotive (prefer commercial vehicle/heavy vehicle/heavy equipment)
• Experience in make action plan and understand to supervised new model.
• Good communication skill and able to work in a team
• Good English communication skill
• Willing to traveling

IT Staff (Documentation & Helpdesk)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for help desk system & help desk administrator
• Support system & documentation (infrastructure & application)
• Responsible to create report and analysis from help desk system

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 21-26 years
• Minimum diploma in Information System
• Good knowledge in Software Engineering, Programming, SDLC, and Networking
• Good English communication skill both oral & written
• Good written documentation & troubleshooting skills
