Head Training & Development
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible to make sure all training & development activities starts from identification, implementation to evaluation processes due to company needs to enhance employee’s competencies.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Min. 3 years experiences in training and development area
- Male/Female max 30 years old
- Comprehends in training & development knowledge and its application ex. TNA, training matrix, training methods, etc, also has skill as a trainer
- Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
- Willing to be placed at Cengkareng
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible to make sure the implementation of quality standardization system (ISO 9001 & 22000) runs consistently to achieve products and service quality as the standard applied.
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Chemical Science from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Minimum 2 years experiences in quality assurance area and preferable have experiences in Food Industry
- Male/Female max 30 years old
- Comprehends in ISO 9001 & 22000 both knowledge and its application
- Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
Requirements:
- Graduated from D4 / S1 Food Production Academy
- Min. 3 - 5 years experience as Chef, and preferable having experience in supervisory level
- Male/Female max 35 years old
- Good in English (either spoke and written) and posses a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
- Willing to be placed in our Business Unit ( Cengkareng/Jakarta )
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for recruitment and assessment process in fulfilling manpower in business unit PT Aerofood Indonesia.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experiences in recruitment area
- Male/Female max 30 years old
- Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
- Willing to be placed in Unit Business (Cengkareng/Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible to identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, develop and implement risk assessment models, produce accurately & on time report and presentation. Develop and conduct training programs especially for Risk Management.
- Bachelor degree in Economy from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Min. 3 years experiences in Risk Management area and preferable have experience as Internal Auditor.
- Male/Female max 30 years old
- Comprehends in identification and assess risks, basic familiarity with all areas, policies and procedures of the organization is a must.
- Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, financial analyzing, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
