Requirements:
  • Male / Female preferred max age 27 years old
  • Min S1 from reputable University majoring Psychology or equivalent with GPA min 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Able in working individually and within a team
  • Fluent in english both oral and written 
Training & Development Officer (Code : TDO)

Requirements:
  • Male / Female with max age 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 from reputable University majoring Psychology, Management or Human Resorces Management.
  • Having minimum of 1 year experience in HR Training Area
  • Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Able in working individually and within a team
  • Fluent in english both oral and written
