Basic Competency Development Coordinator

Requirements
  • S1 Management / Business Administration / Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/Electrical/Geology/Geotech/Industrial).
  • S2 is a plus
  • Min. 2 years experience in training & development area would be a plus
  • Min. 1 year in supervisory role (mining or engineering industry is an advantage)
  • Curriculum development particularly on professional competency
  • Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
  • Able to supervise a number of programs/projects at the same time
  • Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
  • Able to deliver training
  • Able to develop leadership competency training curriculum is a plus
Internship Development Program Coordinator

Requirements
  • S1 in Management/ Business Administration/ Psychology
  • Min. 1 years experience in internship programs would be a plus
  • Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
  • Able to supervise a number of projects at the same time
  • Able to recommend the correct work area for participant of internship
  • Knows how to deal with universities and promote internship at Adaro
  • Able to deliver simple skill training
  • Able to coordinate internship participants who are high school and university students
Graduate Development Program Coordinator

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Geotech) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year in administering or coordinating a development program
  • Minimum 1 year experience in engineering work would be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in training and development area is a plus
  • Some exposure in Program Curriculum Development
  • Able to administer or coordinate program
  • Able to supervise a team of program counsellors
  • Able to schedule training and communicate well with all parties
  • Some knowledge on a database system
  • Able to deliver training would be a great advantage
  • Able to develop a program would be a plus
  • Willing to be located in South Kalimantan (Tanjung, Tabalong)
Finance & Accounting Superintendent

Requirements
  • Male/ Female with maximum 35 years of age
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
  • Having experience 5 years experience in auditor or consolidation with at least 3 years in Supervisor level (preferably from public accountant).
  • Having experience min.3 years as Finance & Accounting on site based.
  • Having knowledge about making consolidation and accounting report.
  • Having knowledge about tax.
  • Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
  • Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking
  • Willing to be placed at Tanjung Tabalong (Kalimantan Selatan)
Professional Development Program Superintendent

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology, Industrial)
  • Minimum 2 years in engineering work and/ or in supervisory role (mining industry is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in training and development area would be a plus
  • Curriculum development particularly on technical competency (if any)
  • Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
  • Able to supervise a team of program coordinators
  • Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
  • Knows how a database system works
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Able to deliver training
  • Able to develop technical competency training curriculum is a plus
  • Willing to be located in South Kalimantan (Tanjung, Tabalong)
Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Maximum 35 years of age
  • At least 1 year at Supervisor level in the related field or at least 5 years experience in handling warehousing management
  • Willing to be placed at Kalimantan Selatan (Adaro Site)
Conditioning Monitoring Supervisor

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 35 years of age
  • At least 3 years experience in Supervisory level and in related field
  • Willing to be placed at Kalimantan Selatan (Adaro Site)
Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 majoring in Mechanical Enghineering
  • At least 35 years of age
  • At least 3 years experience in Supervisory role and min 5 years in handling Heavy Duty and Mobile Plant
  • Willing to be placed at Kelanis, Kalimantan Selatan
Electrical Engineer

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Maximum 35 years of age
  • At least 3 years experience in maintenance as Electrical Engineer
  • Willing to be placed at Kelanis, Kalimantan Selatan
