Requirements:

• Minimum D3 with minimum GPA 2.75
• Max age 26.00 years old for the experienced collector (min. 2 years experience)
• Having good communication skills

Supporting Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 from an Accredited University with minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age at the time of initial selection 24.00 years old (for fresh graduates)
• Maximum age at the time of initial selection 26.00 years old (for a minimum of 2 years experience)
• Good looking
• Able to operate computer program, min Microsoft Office
• Not Married

People Development Manager - Consumer Loans

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with maximum age 35 years
• Min S1 in any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in recruitment and training sales force and minimum 2 years working experience in managerial position in related field

Payment & 3rd Party Relationship Manager - Consumer Loans

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with maximum age 35 years
• Min S1 in any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience related in making relationship with sales provider/sales center and with minumum 2 years working experience in managerial postion. Preferably Manager specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent

MIS Business Inteligence Manager

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with maximum age 35 years
• Min S1 in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS and 2 years in managerial position as MIS Manager
• Have good technical skill in database excell, MYSQL/SQL/Oracle, PHP/ASP,Flash Macromedia
