Pertamina Fuel Agents supported by 65 armadas, consist of 12 units in Sumatera, 6 units operated in Jakarta-West Java-Banten, 21 armadas in Central Java-East Java-Bali-Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan with 20 armadas, and  6 units in Sulawesi-Papua-Maluku.

Requirements

• S1/S2 Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Management
• Understanding in the processes and stages in the preparation of UTP & UPJ
• Understanding in the field of Human Resource Development / Human Resources Management as a whole.
• Having the ability to perform Job Analysis and Job Design.
• Understanding in the process and stages of HR module in ERP Systems / SAP.
• Minimum of 5 years in the field of Organizational Development and Design Competence
