Requirements :

• S1 from reputable Universities with 1 year experience or preferably Master degree from International Universities with minimum GPA of 3.25
• Single, maximum 28 year of age
• Fluent both in oral and written english
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• High-Motivated, Proactive, Adaptable, and Open Minded

Branch Manager (BM)

Requirements

• Minimal S1
• Experience as Branch Manager / Sub Branch Manager at least 3 years
• Having experience in the field of credit is an added value
• Willing to targeted and has an extensive network
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia

Deputy Marketing Lending Manager (DMLM)

Requirements

• Minimal S1
• Maximum Age 37 years old
• Experience as a Team Leader in Banking Lending a minimum of 3 years
• Willing to targeted and has an extensive network
• Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)
• Willing to be placed in Bank Mega's business in Jabodetabek, Dumai, Batam, Ujungbatu Riau, Duri Pekanbaru, Pematang Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga
