Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities to the team in department and branches in Commonwealth Bank

- Contribute to and execute the Bank’s strategy for sourcing technology through forging, developing and maintaining excellent commercial agreements and relationships with existing, new and proposed technology suppliers to the Bank. Also ensure the existing service delivery by the vendor is meeting SLA and bank utilizes the service in the cost effective and cost efficient way. Work with various unit and department and align with Subject Matter Expert to build a comprehensive approach during commercial and contract negotiation
