The Bank operated in Indonesian since 1956 with the name of Bank Kopra Indonesia and renamed in 1970 into current name. Danamon's corporate head quarter located in Jakarta and supported by more than 2,500 branch office networks and operated more than 800 ATM networks in all over Indonesia. In 2004 Danamon acquired Adira Finance and also launched Danamon Simpan Pinjam (micro banking division). In 2011, Bank Danamon recorded Rp3.33 trillion as a net profit and rose 16% compared to 2010 reached Rp2.88 trillion. In 2012, DBS Group, one of the Asian largest financial company from Singapore acquisition of 67.37% Danamon shares.

- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background
- Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking
- Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
- Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skills and a team player.
