Responsibilities:

• Conduct the sale of credit products, maintaining relationships with customers and maintain customer account

Requirements:

• Minimal D3, GPA 2.75, age maximum 35 years
• Willing to work in the market area
• Have souls marketing
• Target oriented

• C driver's license and two-wheel drive

• Experience in the field of credit for 2 years as a Credit Officer / Credit Analyst Banking / Consumer Credit / Credit Unions.

Responsibilities:

• Processing needs of employees in each unit, ranging from searching for channeling, sourcing to hiring including compliance monitoring
• Process the training needs in each region, including the identification of needs, registration, implementation training in regionnya up with a report evaluating the implementation of training
• Monitor the availability of bench strength, in order to make assessments of employees, including administrative data development

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 majoring in psychology, management
• Computer Literate (Office & Excel)
• Knowledge of HR processes, and knowledge of employment law
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Have the motivation and morale high
