PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia is a joint venture company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart (43%), PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia (52%) and the Indonesian partner Mr. Iwan Valiant Joesoef, Jakarta (5%). It is the main distributor for PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia, responsible for marketing of Mercedes-Benz products in Indonesia

Section Manager Personnel Data and Remuneration
Jakarta Raya - Desa Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor
Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the accurate and timely payroll of all employees in MB Indonesia (including the overtime calculation).
  • To ensure of accurate calculation, compliance and timely employee benefit payment, such as: medical benefit and its related incentives as mentioned in CLA.
  • To analyze Compensation and Benefit survey and provide the result of its benchmark with current implemented Compensation and Benefit program.
  • To support the employee taxation (personnel income).
  • To maintain the personnel master data in HR System.
  • To maintain well communication with payroll provider in relation with compensation and benefit payment of MB Ina employees.
  • To ensure the personnel time management; social insurance (Jamsostek) registration, payment and calculation; company loan and bank loan are well coordinated.


Requirements:
Education:

  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Certified Compensation and Benefit will be an advantage.


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources Management.


Specific Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiar with Indonesian Law and Indonesian Labor Law especially related to compensation and benefit.
  • Good know how of HR Management.
  • Advance level in Microsoft MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English, both written and oral; German will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with People Soft System.
