Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and oversight of aircraft maintenance activity and movements.
- Technical Delay management and AOG coordination.
- Monitor and oversight of defects, deferred defects and readiness status.
- Monitoring of daily maintenance activates and aircraft movements.
- Oversight of Fleet maintenance control/coordination.
- Member of Operation Control Center (OCC) team, responsible for engineering functions related to AOG handling or similar situations requiring prompt recovery.
- Technical Delay management and AOG coordination.
- Monitoring of deferred and re-current defects in terms of spares, equipment/tooling, special test equipment, manpower, time and operational limitation.
- Oversight of Aircraft readiness, including DMIs and status reporting of the subcontractor.
- Aircraft performance monitoring and re-occurring defect rectification, modifications and trouble shooting.
- Service Difficulty Report (SDR) coordination with the authority.
- Ensure Material handling regarding spares for Line Maintenance at Main/Outstations
- Coordination with Engineering Quality on request for dispensations, concessions and special permission
- Liaise with Engineering Quality
- Oversight of out of phase tasks completion
- Coordination of warranty claims and reports
- Monitoring of outstation maintenance, including all resources and equipment.
- A320 rated Licensed Aircraft Engineer:
- A&C (Airframe and Power plan)
- EIR (Avionic)
- Min 2 years of Aircraft Maintenance / Engineering Experience.
- Able to communicate in English, written and verbally.
- Strong IT skills, familiar with electronic reporting systems
- Able to function in a team.

- Quality oversight of Mandala operations and facilities
- Managing an effective audit program
- Managing an effective safety surveillance and quality assurance program;
- Supporting the company’s strong safety and hazard reporting system
- Flight Data Monitoring, analysis of AirFASE reports
- Ensuring compliance of relevant company policy and procedures
- Extensive experience in modern Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Sound knowledge of airline operations, including flight operations procedures
- Ability to present to large groups
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work alone (at times under pressure), as well as part of a team.
- Be worthy of commanding respect among peers and management officials.
- Strong communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
- CASO certified
- Tertiary qualification in an aviation discipline
- Operational experience in flight operations or other relevant areas

Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and updating daily aircraft movements
- Liaising with Ground Handlers to ensure minimal disruption to the daily operation
- Coordinating with technical and commercial departments regarding flight schedules, ensuring efficient and optimised aircraft/passenger handling
- Effectively managing disruption situations
- Ensure all flights are efficiently crewed for the day of operation
- Ensure crew flight and duty limitations are effectively managed in accordance with CASR and company regulations
- Dispatching flights and ensuring all flight documents are on-board in Aircraft before flight
- FOO license holder with A320 type rated
- Ability to think laterally
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, within a fast paced environment
- At least 3 years in relevant working experience as dispatcher or crewing
- Be available to work a 24-hour, 7-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays), in a 10-hour shift pattern.

- You must be at least 1.58m tall.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Have a high school education with a good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Have a good standard of health and fitness.
- Be able to swim unaided for 50m.
- Preferably have previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A desire to work with people.
- Content to work on a 24/7 roster.
Airbus A320 Direct Entry Captains
Applicants should possess the following minimum requirements;
- ICAO recognised ATPL (acceptable to Civil Aviation Authority of Indonesia)
- Total Flight Time of ≥ 3500 hours.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-engine jet or turbine, civil registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
- A320 Type Rating with a minimum of 500 Hours in command (PIC) on Airbus A320.
- IT literacy.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
Applicants should possess the following minimum requirements;
- ICAO recognised ATPL (acceptable to Civil Aviation Authority of Indonesia).
- Total Flight Time of ≥ 1500 hours.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours on civil registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
