Qualification:
- Min 5 years of experience in payroll
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or management
- Has completed Brevet A & B courses with certification
- Advanced proficiency in income tax (Pph 21) knowledge and application
- Advanced proficiency in MS. Excel
- Experienced in preparing financial / accounting reports
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed person and able to work with deadlines
- Sound verbal and written English communication skills
Job description:
- Control payroll costing and ensure the correct recording into the accounts
- Produce reports on the payroll process in timely manners
- Works with 3rd party payroll provider on the execution of the payment
- Ensure the storage and retention of the relevant documents within statutory guidelines
- Distribute salary slip to all employees in timely manners
- Ensure all supporting data that related to the payroll process are accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor and ensure compliance to government regulatory that related to the payroll process
Works with related internal department to ensure all payment on the remuneration are correct and up-to-date. Prepare model and calculation for salary increment, bonus, and other remuneration initiatives
