Shipping Administration

- Scope of works:
- To support shipping activities in ensuring documents and other administration requirement in accordance with customer (buyer) requirement as implied in shipping instructions and supplier/sub-contractor payment prerequisite by preparing and managing readiness and conformity of all related documents in a specified time frame, coordinating relevant parties to submit required document and its proposed progress in timely manner, and maintaining the sales order to SAP system
Requirements:
- Education :
- Minimum Diploma Degree (any discipline)
- Experience :
- 1 (one) year experience in export /shipping documentation
- Computer literacy :
- Computer literacy, MS Office & SAP
- Language :
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English
- ( oral and written )
- Other qualification / skills:
- Document and file management
- Time management and reporting
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Understand process of logistic distribution
- Understand parties involved in shipping process
