PT Energi Batu Hitam required highly qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies:Legal Manager (Code : LGM)
Responsibilities:
- Managing all legal affairs of the company
- Providing legal advices of the company business activities
- Updating latest laws and regulations especially related to coal mining and environment including it’s legal implications to the business
- Handling company’s legal documents/ permits/ licenses as well as their filling system
- Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
- Preferable has sound knowledge in laws and regulations related to coal mining and environment, Indonesia and international commercial laws
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good legal networking
