The Group’s business principal activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the  production and marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. In addition the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.
Distribution,  boasts the most extensive distribution network in Indonesia. It distributes the majority of Indofood’s and its subsidiaries’ consumer products as well as third-party products.

Head of Internal Audit
POSITION:

  • Head of Internal Audit for one of Indofood’s subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years combined experience in Internal Audit and/or professional work
  • Managerial experience is a must
  • Experience in leading and managing a large team
  • Solid understanding of business processes, particularly in Supply Chain Management
  • Solid understanding of risk & controls, business process improvement, internal audit methodology and approach
  • Excellent communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia (read, write, listen) to articulate effectively with all levels of management
  • An effective decision maker with the ability to manage large resources
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills as the job requires the ability to get on with people at different levels
  • Willing to travel domestically (estimated 30-50%)


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in SAP
  • MBA / CPA / CIA / CISA


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Head office in Jakarta
  • Head and lead a team of approximately 25 personnel
  • Report to Corporate Indofood Internal Audit General Manager / Deputy General Manager; and to unit’s Board of Directors
  • Provide business insight and communicate all audit related findings to executive management
  • Develop annual audit plan and monitor performance against the plan
  • Prepare quarterly status reports for BOD
  • Responsible to Internal Audit report result
  • Provide internal training to Internal Audit team
  • Formulate Internal Audit Strategic Planning
