CS PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (HC3-CS PDEV)Job Description:
- Perform design and maintain the development of training programs in the Network
- Analyze data and information for improvement CS
- Analysis, improvement & monitoring systems & information from around the network of Honda in Indonesia
- Improve implementing and training systems related to CS
- Socialization, coordination with related sections and tissue
Qualifications:
- S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering / Management / Communication Studies
- Min GPA 2.75
- Max age 25 years
- Have good analytical skills to think
- Have knowledge of training concepts
- Have good interpersonal skills skills
- Have oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solving abilities
- Have a good networking
- Willing to make traveling with a high intensity
