Sales Project Executive â€" Commercial interior & architecture projects
PT Pratama Arta Mas is looking for a Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Design & Built for Interior Projects (Office Space, Exclusive Apartment, Retails).
For this Sales Executive role you must also have experience of selling to architects & interior designers consultant, have a network for corporate profiles, etc. They are well established, well respected and one of the market leaders.
Sales Executive requirements:
• Strong Sales skills
• Team Work player
• 2-4 years experience in project sales (interior or architecture projects).
• Good at customer relations and gathering market information.
• Excellent sales skills to achieve targeted results.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with high profile clients (Consultants /Architects / Main contractors and Interior Designers).
• Understand customer’s requirements, conceptualize design and hand over to the designer to produce presentation and costing.
• Attending site meeting regularly with Consultants / Main contractors.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS office , Photoshop etc. will be an additional qualification.
• Valid driving license.
• Jakarta base
