Requirements
- Hold min S1 all majors
- Have a deep knowledge in Human Resources activities (recruiting, training and compensation)
- Min 5 years experienced in HRD field, preferably experienced in finance intitution)
- Have good persuasion, negotiation, and communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as team
- Proactive and initiate high
- Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
Requirements
- Hold min S1 all majors
- Experienced min 3 years as Credit Reviewer or Collection Manager or Cluster Manager in Bank or non bank financial institution
- Have a good knowledge in Credit Risk Management in Micro Finance
- Able to motivate a team and have a good leadership
- Able to work individualy and as a team
- Have a good communication skills, proactive and high initiation
Requirements:
- Min. S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / System Information.
- Min. 3 years working experience as an Internal Audit or public accountant office in financial institution
- Have a Certified as Quality Internal Audit (QIA)
- Deep understanding on forex and BAPEPAM Regulation highly preferred
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as team
- Proactive and high initiative
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Adaptive and fast learner
- Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
