Compensation and Benefit Analyst (Domestic) - Code : Rec-C&BDom
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Mathematics, Statistic, Informatics, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent knowledge in Indonesian Compensation and Benefits Management, especially in Oil & Gas Industry
- Good basic statistic skills, data analysis, and market survey
- Have sufficient knowledge in Planning and Budgeting
- Able to think reasonable and systematic
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Excellent in Excel, and other Microsoft Office Programs)
- Good communication and human relation skills
Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources and 5 year in Talent Development area, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Excellent Knowledge and Competency in Manpower planning, Succession Planning and Talent Development
- Good analytical skills, interpersonal skills and working attitude
- Fast learner and have a good teamwork
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good computer basic application skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimal S1 from the Department of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Have a good analysis and logic skills
- Have a good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a great interest in the field of Information Technology.
- Computer Literate: Mastering basic computer work and business applications.
- Programming: Mastering the preferred programming language of Microsoft. Net Family.
- Networking: Understanding networking technology LAN, WAN, TCP / IP.
- Basic Application: Understanding the Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Management System: Understanding international standard for IT management including ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27000 or COBIT.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in oil and gas company or major law firm which provides legal services to major oil and gas company operating in Indonesia
- Possess advance knowledge in corporate law

- Minimum 8 working years in oil and gas company or major law firm providing legal services and support in E&P asset acquistion and divesture and asset development
- Possess advance knowledge in acquisition/divesture and asset development
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor or master degree (S1/S2) from reputable university majoring in Business Administration/financial management or other relevant fields
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in building/creating financial/business model
- Strong financial exposures & analytical skills
- Have sufficient knowledge in energy industry
- Have exposures in planning, organizing, and managing corporation to bring about the successful completion of specific goals and objectives
- Fast learner and have a good team work
- Good communication skill, fluent in written and spoken English, especially in report writing and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
- Good computer basic application skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor or master degree (S1/S2) from reputable local or overseas university, preferably majoring in business administration
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in planning and commercial area, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent knowledge in business development, asset and company valuation, financial investment, and feasibility analysis
- Good familiarity of the Oil & Gas and Energy industry
- Have detailed financial analysis skills and understanding in Indonesian GAAP
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills, good negotiations skills, excellent computer skills.
