Investment Product Management

Responsibilities:
- Take active role in product and promo setup, launch, and maintenance.
- Responsible for the training of new products, promo, features or system related to the Investment products.
- Responsible in maintaining a high level of service to the frontliners & in helping the branches in answering the customer inquiries and complaints regarding Investment products
- Responsible for the distribution of product information and updates to branches periodically and controlling marketing materials (such as fees and charges, brochures, flyers) in all branches.
- Responsible to provide and maintain sales report of Investment products.
- Responsible in maintaining good relationship with all related business partners.
