Requirements:

• Experienced 2-3 years in Quality Control as a building contractor in large-scale projects
• Civil Engineering Education D3/S1
• Understanding the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and follow its development
• Understanding the contract documents, the Plan Project Budget, Project Quality Plan
• Understand the construction techniques and follow its development
• Understanding the construction management
• Able to control the quality of materials and testing measures in order to meet the specifications
• Able to control the quality / results of the work in the field
• Preferred can master English oral / written
• Adept at operating a computer

SITE MANAGER (CODE : SM)

Requirements:

• Experienced 3-5 years in a building contractor as a Site Manager in a large-scale projects
• Education D3/S1 Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
• Understanding the contract documents, the Plan Project Budget, Project Quality Plan
• Mastering the techniques of construction and follow its development
• Understanding of work systems and work methods in construction
• Construction management and financial control of practical
• Understand the use and management of construction equipment
• Understanding the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007
• Understanding Occupational Health, Safety (K3)
• Understanding the cost analysis and scheduling
• Have the ability to problem solving and decision making good
• Preferred can master English oral / written
• Adept at operating a computer

• Experienced 2-4 years in a building contractor as a Safety Supervisor in a large-scale projects
• D3/S1 General Education / Public Health / Civil Engineering
• Mastering the Management System OHSAS 18001:2007, Safety Management System, Occupational Health (SMK3) Construction and be able to apply
• Mastering the types of equipment and fittings Occupational Health, Safety
• Mastered the basics - basic administration
• Preferably proficient to operate a computer
