Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Banking Legal
- Have a broad knowledge of Company Law and Investment procedure
- Familiar with banking legal and credit documentation (loan agreement, security documents such as pledge, fiduciary transfer, personal guarantor, corporate guarantor)
- Fluent in English speaking and written
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
