PT.Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia (the "Company") is a joint venture enterprise, formed between Lucas Industry Public Limited Company, located in Stratford Road, Sollhull B 904 LA England, PT Pindad (Persero) and PT Metinca Dirgantara from Indonesia.
The company was established by the name PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia in the framework of Foreign Capital Investment Law No.I/1967 and No. 11/1970, based on public notarial deed No. 10 dated March 5, 1997. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No. C2-5.147.HT.01.01.Th97. The Articles of Association was published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.75, dated September 19,1997, Supplement No.4203.
Articles of association have been amended by notarial deed No. 17 dated June 8, 2000, pased by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia to become PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia, and further amended by notarial Deed No.26, dated November 18, 2002, passes by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia to become PT Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia. These changes are published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia nimber 22, dated March 18, 2003, Suplement number 2103.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Main Responsibilities
- Performs various maintenance duties
Duties :
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment
- Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary
- Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams

CNC OPERATOR
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver quality parts in time by using the equipment effectively with the right cost
Duties :
- Sets the jobs on the machine and run it by following the standard work instructions
- Responsible to produce good quality products
- Perform work according to the corporate policies (regarding EHS, CI and other regulations)
Qualifications
- Male, max age 30 years old
- Minimum STM / SMK majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as CNC OPERATOR
- Willing to work on shift and ability to work independently
- Self Motivated and able to work under pressure and strict deadline individually or in a team
- Have an excellent health
- Understanding of CNC Programming will be an advantage
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Understanding of drawing interpretation
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical and HS & E (Heath Safety & Environment) expertise in electroplating and heat treatment.
Duties :
- Ensure all electro-plating and heat treatment processes meet the requirements of the specifications
- Undertake regular audits of the electro-plating tanks by performing wet and dry chemical analysis using volumetric and gravimetric techniques
- Undertake general laboratory service to the plating shop
- Undertake neutral salt spray corrosion tests
- Provide technical information to technicians in the form of technique sheets
- Review specifications and raise necessary paperwork to request any necessary changes
- Ensure the plant is working at optimum conditions
- Participate in Quality investigations
- Provide HS&E guidance, risk assessments, permit to work
- Ensure compliance with the removal of hazardous wastes from site
Qualifications
- Male / Female, max age 30 years old
- Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the similar position (manufacturing field is preferable)
- Knowledge of electro-plating of ferrous and non-ferrous materials

QUALITY SYSTEM AUDITOR
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance and assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
Duties :
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Conduct internal and external audit, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Control External/Internal Documentation and Records Retention
- Maintain FAI (First Article Inspection) Report Database
- Developing/analyzing data trends
- Developing system to achieve system effectiveness
- Preparation of QA reports
- Continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, lean methods, etc.
Qualifications:

- Having knowledge and understand ISO 9000: 2000, ISO TS or AS 9100 is a mandatory
- A strong background in application of measurement, analysis & CI tools.
- Familiar with Quality Tool: Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Statistic, Lean Manufacturing Process, TPM.

- Process all of magnetic particels and liquids penetrant examination as per customer specifications

- Perform process control and system check of all methods as per specifications
- Sets up equipment, conducts test, interprets and evaluates for acceptance and reception as per acceptance criteria
- Makes paper works (documents and report examination
- Creates new technique sheet as per customer specifications

PROJECT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities
- Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility
Duties :
- Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements
- Provide manufacturing engineering support, primarily with the product transfer.This will entail direct contact with the Project Manager in the principal office (United Kingdom) to agree schedules, priorities and feedback on the project progress. The manufacturing engineering support will include, prove out assistance on the machine and preparation of all manufacturing documentation that is required by the customer and internal quality system
- Provide training to operators as and when required to enable them to operate the machinery and / or processes in a safe and effective manner
- As with all member of the team, promote quality awareness, lean principles and a safe working environment

- Drive quality objective for assigned supplier
Duties :
- Quality Audit to Supplier
- Summarize Supplier Quality Measurement of Performance (MOP) and improve quality index
- Held regular meeting with supplier to discuss quality issues
- Liaise quality issues from supplier to customer (i.e. customer complaints,FAI ( First Article Inspection), etc)
- Manage incoming activities, coordinate with relevant section (PPC, etc)

MATERIAL EXPEDITOR
Main Responsibilities
- Expedite material which purchased by buyer.
Duties :
- Follow up delivery directly with suppliers
- Follow up delivery with transporter / carrier
- Follow up shortage & reject with suppliers, for recovery delivery plan
- Make regular actual supplier delivery report
- Qualifications
- Male/Female, max age 30 years
- Minimum D3 majoring in Logistics / Business Management or relevant field
- Good command of English
- Computer literate and familiar with MRP system
- Familiar with metal and mechanical commodities and international export import regulation
- Able with work independently, proactive & aggressive
