Qualification

• Has 5-10 years experience in energy industry, preferably with proven track record in social and government arena.
• Minimum GPA : 2.75 (out of 4.00).
• Minimum degree : S1 (S2/master degree will be an advantage).
• High caliber in people skill, presentation, and negotiator.
• Quick learner and adaptive to different work environment.
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
• Strong in seeking learning activities.
• Able to establish effective relationships with peole of other culture and backgrounds.

• Broad knowledge on Indonesia media and communication industry.
• Developed networking with the industry and truly understand the know how, and politics behind it.
• Preferably has knowledge in energy business.
• High competent people skill and negotiator, able to handle difficult people/team.
• Top notch writting skill in Indonesia and Englush; presentation skill and high caliber leadership skill.
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
