HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analyst
- Planning and arranging manpower
- Develop HR system : evaluate training, appraisal system and do special project
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Understand HR System, competency and performance management
HR Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment process
- Planning And arranging manpower
- Conduct some activities related with general affair (GA) and do special project
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Experience min 2 years in HR Recruitment
- Understand about psychological tools
- Understand about HR system
