HR Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analyst
  • Planning and arranging manpower
  • Develop HR system : evaluate training, appraisal system and do special project

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Understand HR System, competency and performance management

HR Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment process
  • Planning And arranging manpower
  • Conduct some activities related with general affair (GA) and do special project

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience min 2 years in HR Recruitment
  • Understand about psychological tools
  • Understand about HR system
