Organizational Development & Talent Management Head (ODTM-KOM)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Management /Industrial Engineering
- Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
- Having knowledge about Organizational Development Activities such as Job Analysis/Job Evaluation based on competency and People Development to ensure organization effectiveness
- Having strong leadership and able to manage team
- Have a strong knowledge about performance management and organizational process
- Good conceptual & analytical skill with excellent interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English
Recruitment Head (REC-KOM)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Having min 3 years of working experience with the same position (experience in media industry will be an advantage)
- Having in-depth knowledge of recruitment process, psychological test, and able to make psychological report
- Having strong leadership and able to manage team
- Good conceptual, analytical thinking and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English
Reporter (REP-KOM)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Good ability in writing
- Have experience in Journalism is an advantage
- Proficient in English / other language
- Bring your own portfolio!
Editor (ED-KOM)
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Having min 2 years experience in supervising and leading team of reporter /editorial officer
- Min 1 year experience as an editor in press media
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia (Based to EYD)
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Bring your own Portfolio !
