Customers Support Representative (CSR) Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Receive Customers Call (Customers needs or complaints) and record in a Log Book (Note Book).
- Directing, follow up, and monitoring the Customers Call progress until the customers issue is resolved.
- Update any progress of the Log Book.
- Calling or visiting the Customers.
- Set up a meeting between INTA and customers, record, and consolidating the meeting result.
- Create and maintain the customers data, such as customers background information, customers population unit, other documents and reports of daily activities.
- Helping any Senior CSR work in the related branches, under the direction of Senior CSR / SDH (Service Department Head) / Service Officer of Local Branch.
Requirements:
- Male, Single, max. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree, major from Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin) (min GPA 2.75)
- Fresh graduate
- In good health
- Having driving lisence (SIM C)
- Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
- Willing to undergo two years official service
