PT.Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia (the "Company") is a joint venture enterprise, formed between Lucas Industry Public Limited Company, located in Stratford Road, Sollhull B 904 LA England, PT Pindad (Persero) and PT Metinca Dirgantara from Indonesia.

The company was established by the name PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia in the framework of Foreign Capital Investment Law No.I/1967 and No. 11/1970, based on public notarial deed No. 10 dated March 5, 1997. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No. C2-5.147.HT.01.01.Th97. The Articles of Association was published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.75, dated September 19,1997, Supplement No.4203.


Articles of association have been amended by notarial deed No. 17 dated June 8, 2000, pased by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia to become PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia, and further amended by notarial Deed No.26, dated November 18, 2002, passes by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia to become PT Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia. These changes are published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia nimber 22, dated March 18, 2003, Suplement number 2103.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Main Responsibilities

  • Support Manufacturing Processes and its improvement and act as a liaison to any Manufacturing Process Issues. Support any Project base duty.

Duties :

  • Creates, reviews and improves manufacturing processes.
  • Reviews and improves various CNC Machine Programs.
  • Initiates process issue investigation and Process Problem Solving.
  • Supports Project base duty assignment as required.
  • Reviews and reports any finding to support any investigation and problem solving effort.
  • Performs product testing as to satisfy design requirements and be proactive of any urgent issue arise in any manufacturing processes aspects. Reviews new Drawing after receive from customer

Qualifications

  • Male / Female, max age 32 years
  • Minimum D3 majoring in mechanical engineering
  • Min. 3 year experience on engineering Design, & Manufacture process
  • Understand and knowledgeable on the characteristic of machine CNC etc. (turning, milling & conventional )
  • Understand in all type of CNC machine including its programming (turning, milling & conventional)
  • Able to read drawing, understand geometrical tolerance, general tolerance.
  • Understand the principles JIG & FIXTURE
  • Understand specification material, surface  treatment and Heat Treatment
  • Has experience in process trouble shooting.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the matrix organization.
  • Good team leader and team motivator
  • Able to create and compile technical reports and technical presentation.
  • Has a good analytical capability.
  • Independent, reliable and problem solver
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate


ESTIMATOR
Main Responsibilities

  • Estimator engineering job is to make the price calculations by including all the elements needed to get competitive price

Duties :

  • Reviews new Drawing after receive from customer
  • Conducts Meeting with other department on any price estimation
  • Estimates calculate price part up to Bid / No bid
  • Reviews existing part price
  • Prepares audit
  • Monitors actual cycle time

Qualifications

  • Male / Female, max age 32 years
  • Minimum D3 majoring in technical
  • Manufacture experience 2 years
  • Engineering manufacture experience : 2 years
  • Understand engineering design process ,CNC turning and milling program
  • Have competency of drawing analysis, make routing sequence for machining process
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate, Auto CAD experience
  • Able with work independently, proactive & aggressive


ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Main Responsibilities

  • Performs various necessary electrical maintenance duties. Handles  tools administration

Duties :

  • Repairs or replaces defective electrical machinery and electrical control equipment 
  • Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion
  • Performs routine electrical installation and maintenance duties.

Qualifications

  • Male, max age 30 years
  • Minimum D3 majoring in technical / electrical
  • Min 2 years in the similar position
  • Understand wiring diagram (cable size, cable type, cable purpose, etc)
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate
  • Able with work independently, proactive & aggressive


PROJECT BUYER
Main Responsibilities

  • Support new project transfer & New Product Introduction (NPI) in purchase activity

Duties :

  • Performs  necessary required sourcing & selection activity
  • Performs  negotiation with potential &/ selected supplier
  • Processes Purchase Request to Purchase Order
  • Monitors Purchase Order delivery
  • Makes regular project purchase report

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, max age 32 years
  • Minimum D3 majoring in industrial technical or business management
  • Min 3 years in purchasing field, specially handle material
  • Familiar with metal & mechanical commodity, chemical special processing, and machining 
  • Good in negotiation & communication skill
  • Familiar with MRP system (SAP)
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate
  • Able with work independently, proactive & aggressive
  • Willing to work long hour & strict to deadline


CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SUPERVISOR
Main Responsibilities

  • Supervising and Leading Continuous Improvement activity within his or her area responsibility and Coordinating with area responsibility’s person to improve KPIs of that area and supporting actively in achieving CI Manager Goals or Department Goals and Company’s Goals

Duties :

  • Improves and maintains 5S condition in his/her area responsibility
  • Leads improvement project (Kaizen Event)
  • Participates in Kaizen event
  • Collects document reality of his/her area responsibility

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, max age 32 years
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literate
  • At least 3 years in Production or Kaizen Department or Industrial Engineering Department as Supervisor / Leader
  • Lean or Toyota Production System Expert,  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification,
  • Basic knowledge of 5S
  • Problem Solver / Good analysis
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills


HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Main Responsibilities

  • Assists HR Manager in  developing appropriate human resources plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment, including implementing appropriate change management plans, formulating and recommending Human Resources policies and objectives.

Duties :

  • Implements comprehensive staffing plans.
  • Consult with assigned organization’s management in aligning performance management and reward recommendations.
  • Provides recommendation regarding compensation and benefits programs.
  • Work closely with department managers to assess pipeline of talent and create strategy to identify and retain current talent as well as attract external talent to the business.
  • Identify training needs in the business and implements training program
  • Provides assistance and guidance to employees and managers on personnel and labor issues, compensation & benefits, policies, procedures, etc
  • Develops and maintains action programs, files, reports, logs and other records to conform to current regulations
