The Company engaged to accelerate infrastructure development in Indonesia. The Company established in 2009 and besed in Jakarta. The Majority shareholders owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia. The Company recorded total portfolio Rp2 trillion (+ USD 200 million) and it will be increased gradually. PT SMI provide financing to infrastructure projects through various financing scheme including loan, mezzanine and equity. To promote Public Private Partnership, PT SMI proactively builds strong relationship with private investor and multinational insitutions to finance various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.

Requirements:
- Male/Female, 25- 30 years old.
- Min. Bachelor degree in psychology
- Having min.10 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking
- Having good experience in all activities of the selection & recruiment process
- Having good experience in all activities of the people development program
- Having good experience in all activities of the knowlegde management process
- Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships
- Ability to explain and communicate complex topics in a straightforward way
- Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
