MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM-BANK (MDP-B)REQUIREMENTS:- Graduated from institutions of formal education equivalent of S1 from reputable university / accredited with GPA min. 2.75, and preferably from Economic Science, Engineering and Agriculture, FISIP and other disciplines relevant to the financial industry / banking
- Having a strong interest in the business of banking / finance
- Maximum age 25 years; more preferably are single / not married
- Willing to follow a classroom education program in Jakarta and then would be placed in office in accordance with company requirements
- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Pass the entrance selection tests
