PT Djarum is searching for people with shared passion, dedication and values to join our team as:Marketing Trainee (MT) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team.
- In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies dan distribution channels.
- At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any major
- Min. GPA of 3.0
- Fast learner, self – driven and out-going
- Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
- Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal
- Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
- Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia
