PT XL Axiata Tbk. ('XL') was established on 8 October 1989, under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. Its main business was in trading and general services.
Six years later, XL took an important step by setting up a partnership with Rajawali Group -a shareholder of PT Grahametropolitan Lestari - and three foreign investors
(NYNEX, AIF and Mitsui). Its name was changed to PT Excelcomindo Pratama, with the provisioning of basic telephony services as its core business.
XL commenced commercial operations in 1996, primarily covering Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya areas. This made XL the first private company in Indonesia to provide
cellular mobile telephony services.
XL is now leading the industry as a cellular telecommunications provider with extensive coverage throughout Indonesia. It provides services for retail customers
and offers business solutions for corporate customers, including voice, data and other value-added mobile telecommunications services. XL operates its network with
GSM 900/DCS 1800 and IMT-2000/3G technologies. XL also holds a Closed Regular Network License, Internet Service Provider (ISP) License, Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) License, and Internet Interconnection Services License (NAP).
Strategic Vendor Partnership, a new strategic unit under Strategic Partnership and Procurement Division (formerly Procurement and Logistic), is developed mainly to drive alignment between XL and strategic partners/major vendors in order to build, maintain, and enhance stronger and more beneficial relationships; and also to constantly create value out of the partnership.
Currently, we are fulfilling the resource who will act as partner to top level management in managing strategic partnership.

Specialist - Remuneration Strategy

Responsibilities:
- Formulate and periodically review salary-related policies (i.e. Relocation, Salary Increment)
- Provide labor costs forecast and adjustment (if needed) to align with XL compensation strategy and to maintain market competitiveness
- Provide remuneration strategy proposal, taking into consideration market trends in order to support the implementation of organizational strategy
- Work closely and coordinate with external consultant in conducting salary survey
- Provide compensation and benefit structure design through assessment of market trends and internal relativity in order to maintain internal equity and pay competitiveness
- Develop variable pay proposal (incl. bonus and incentive scheme and retention plan) to align pay and performance
- Analyze benefit scheme to ensure alignment with companyâs expectation and agreement scope with external parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Mathematics / Statistics / Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Remuneration Strategy area in a big multinational corporation or remuneration consulting firm. Experience in other HR areas are advantageous
- Hands-on knowledge of pay and grading systems and approaches
- Good knowledge of benefit plans, both insured and uninsured benefits
- Strong understanding about Job Evaluation
- Business/operations knowledge of telecommunication company is a plus
- Advanced level of Excel skills essential to manage and manipulate data and costing scenarios
- Knowledge of SAP is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision with high level of analytical skills
- High attention to detail and result oriented
Analyst - CLM Loyalty

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-campaign analysis on target segment profiling, usage trends, offers, promotions, and channel mix.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis (deep dive & panoramic campaign) on specific usage behavior changes and subscribers movement
- Overlay quantitative & qualitative data (focus group, market research, trackers) to boost segment insight
- Generate insight & develop recommendations
- Present campaign monitoring result/ business insight to related unit.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, statistics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience, preferably in product management or banking risk management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Statistical analysis skills
- Good communication skills
- Exposure to telco business would be an advantage
- Skills of SQL and database scripting
