Management Development Program – Bank (MDP-B)Requirements:
- Min Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university and preferably from Economic, Engineering, Agriculture, FISIP and other disciplines relevant to the financial / banking industry with GPA min. 2.75
- Having a strong interest in the banking / finance business
- Maximum age 25 years old; preferably single / not married
- Willing to follow a classroom education program in Jakarta and then would be placed in office in accordance with company requirements
- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Pass the selection tests
