Recruitment Manager - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting throughout the organization. You will be required to develop local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. You will also provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, and advice managers on best practice recruitment and selection

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor / Master degree graduates majoring Psychology with min GPA 3.00
• Min 3 years experience in related position.
• Extensive experience in recruiting strategic and managerial positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Highly experienced in psychological testing, able to conduct and interpret various psychological tests
• Age between 25 - 35 years old

Section Manager QC - Semarang

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision of the quality of the production process and products
• Responsible for the analysis of raw materials, goods in process and product
• Responsible for operational analysis of QC laboratory, procurement and maintenance equipment lab

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Chemistry or equivalent. Job role in Chemist/Researcher or Laboratory Assistant.

Supervisor PPIC - Semarang

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Age between 24 - 30 years old, with min 1 years experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, and Power Point) is a must.
