Available Position

Junior Accountant 
Based: Jakarta Indonesia
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Journal entries with appropriate knowledge of Cargill’s Chart of Account.
  • Review invoice from vendors, assigned the proper object account and prepare payment batch voucher. Prepare Address Book request template for new vendor.
  • Prepare invoice/ Debit Note for related party vendors and prepare RC batch to match incoming fund.
  • Calculate Income tax monthly & deferred tax quarterly, including withholding tax monthly reconciliation.
  • Ensure all expenses are properly recorded and no unusual items noted in the ledger.
  • Send Final PNL to Corporate Accounting within the required timeline.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly Foreign Exposure reports for Management reporting and LLD report for BI
  • Prepare Regional reports requested by Regional office on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting team, Tax team, and related parties PIC for the data/reports required and ensuring all requirements completed within the timeline


Requirements:

  • University degree in accounting with min GPA 3.00, preferable from reputable University
  • Male/Female maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience as accountant in multinational Company.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work long hours, proactive, initiate, independent, sense of urgency, team player, accurate/careful
  • High ethical standards
